10.1. We have taken steps to ensure that the data is as secure as possible. We keep your data safe through the use of organizational, physical and technological measures.
10.2. The technical measures we use include that all APIs ("Application Program Interface") are secured by authentication, encrypted keys, ports external to the server are closed with AWS Firewall and measures to prevent SSH attacks. ("Secure Shell") have been taken, all operations on the site are performed through an HTTPS session.
10.3. Access to personal information is restricted and certain access rights are established.
11. Your rights as a data subject 11.1. Right of access. As a user you can manage your personal information in your account / dashboard settings. We provide, upon request and at no additional cost, a copy of the personal information that we process.
11.3. Right to data portability. You can easily copy, move or transfer personal information previously provided to a third party service if you wish, in order to maintain its use.
11.4. Right to delete. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data as long as the retention of data is not established by law.
11.5. Right of opposition. You have the right to object to the way in which your personal information is processed. You have the absolute right to object to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes. In any other circumstance, we will respond to your objection within one month.
11.6. Right to rectification. You have the right to correct and modify your personal information in your account within the website at any time, therefore, you are responsible for the accuracy of your personal data.
11.6.1. Right to restrict the process. In accordance with the GDPR ("General Data Protection Regulation"), you may, depending on the circumstances, have the right to ask us to suppress the use of your personal information. We reserve the right to store your personal information, even if it is not used.
11.7. Right to withdraw consent. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the process, based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
11.8. Rights related to automated decision-making, including profiling. We do not make automated decisions.
11.9. Right to complain to a data protection authority. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection and Inspection Supervisory Authority, located at Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia.
12.4. If you do not agree with the updated privacy policies, you should stop using the website and the services provided through it.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
13.2. Each and every one of the disputes that arise and are related to the protection of personal data will be resolved by the parties through negotiations.
13.3. In case the dispute by the parties is resolved through a judicial process, the parties agree to refer the dispute to the Harju County Court, in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
13.4. The aforementioned does not exclude consumers from their rights in matters of jurisdiction.
